The race was well-organized for the most part.
PROS
* Clean Start
* Good number of hydration stations (well stocked)
* Beautiful Course
* Courteous and Helpful Volunteers
* Finish Area – well stocked with refreshments
CONS
* Lack of toilet paper at aid stations and hydration stations
* Too much chaos at the Finish area with loose children running on course. That really needs to be addressed. Poses a safety issue as well as unnecessary added obstacle. We have already ran 26 miles, we don’t need to deal with chaos at the last .2 miles. Parents, please be more respectful and keep your children off the course and Finish Area. Race Coordinators, please tighten up the last .2 miles – rope it off, put more cones up, add more volunteers to make sure people don’t block the course.
