Tanzania Tour - October 23, 2006 to November 4, 2006
This tour will start in Arusha, Tanzania, near the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro and head south
through Tanzania's capital of Dodoma, Kondoa, Iringa, and finally Mikumi. Along the way, we will
visit Tarangire, Ruaha, and Selous National Parks.

Tanzania Tour - November 13, 2006 to November 25, 2006
This tour will start in Arusha, Tanzania, near the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro and head south
for a little bit until we hit the main road to the Serengeti. We will then head west and cycle along beautify Lake Victoria. Along the way, we will
visit Tarangire, Serengeti, and Selous National Parks.

I have crossed Africa twice by bike from Cairo to Cape Town and visitied thirteen countries along the way and I can say without reservation that the only way to see the true Africa is by bike!
Tanzania is one of the friendliest and safest countries to cycle in and combined with Mount Kilimanjaro and their spectacular national parks, there is no other place in the world like itThe tours will start out in Arusha, cruise the base of Mount Kilimanjaro and then start heading south. The first tour will continue south through the centre of Tanzania whereas the second tour will head west and we will cycle along beautiful Lake Victoria. The picture above is in one of the camp-sites just south of Arusha that we will be camping in.
